PLEASE BE AWARE : There is a small pond in the front garden so please supervise young children at ALL times
**Please Note:** To help keep cleaning fees as low as possible for smaller groups, bookings of up to 4 guests will be set up with the King Bed and Queen Bed only. Bookings of 5 or more guests will have the third bed included as part of the standard setup.
If you are booking for 4 guests or fewer and would like the third bed made up, we are happy to arrange this for an additional linen and cleaning fee of **$35**. Please let us know before your arrival.
Access
You will have access to the entire property and front Deck area , car space for one car however there is Street parking also available
Transit
There is a free bus at the end of the street that goes right around Fremantle every 10 minutes including beach, CBD, train station etc.
There are a large number of other bus services that stop at the end of the street.
The train station is very close.
Neighbourhood
There is a great park right next door.
The street is quiet but very central.
There are great cafe’s, organic groceries, bakeries and restaurants 1 minute away.
The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming.
Space
Welcome to Fremantle!
Tranquil house in South Fremantle right next door to a park, and in between the beach and town within easy walking distance to each. This house has a front deck with a bbq. Wifi Internet and all mod cons including air-conditioning. The house exudes a great atmosphere and is loved by all who stay.
The Area:
We have a very friendly street with plenty of kids. Cafe’s and restaurants are all an extremely close walk and it is a short walk into central Freo or South Beach.
The house
3 bedrooms with 1 x queen bed, 1 x double bed, and a King Bed .All bedrooms have wardrobes and airconditioned. They all run off a central hallways with a bathroom . There is a bath tub for the kids.
The living room leads onto the dining rrom and Kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen .
The back of the house has a laundry with a washer and dryer and a seperate toilet .
The neighbourhood is one of the most sought after in Fremantle due to its proximity to Fremantle, the beach and cafes and shops around the corner. It is quiet but central and the next door park is very well known. We get the sea breeze and it is extremely ‘liveable’.
