Nicole has been with me for over 3 years, looking after my Short Term Holiday Rental apartment in Marine Parade, Cottesloe. Her duties included the cleaning of the apartment, preparing the apartment for incoming guests, preparing a condition report after each stay, restocking the apartment with toiletries, cleaning supplies, tea/coffee, milk, breakfast cereals etc, laundering of sheets and towels etc. Every year I take an extended holiday in Europe for 2 to 3 months, and during these periods, Nicole would take care of all aspects relating to smooth running of the property, including maintenance, liaison with guests and fixing and solving any unexpected problems that might occur. Nicole maintained the cleanliness and maintenance of the property to the highest standards, so much so that during this period of time, due to Nicole’s efforts, I was awarded a ‘Super Host’ status by Airbnb.
