Our properties offer self check in process, either via a key lockbox or digital keypad.
Harbourview Apartment offer a reception check in whereby you will need proof of ID before you are given the keys.
Further details will be included for each property in your check in email sent to you the day before arrival.
Reservations are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to check in time. 50% refundable between 14-7 days prior to check in. Non refundable within 7 days of check in.
For the protection of our guests and staff, all guests are required to complete a pre-check in Verification where you will be asked to upload some Government ID and sign that you agree with the house rules.
All reservations are subject to a pre-check in security deposit of up to $500 for incidentals & damage protection.
We do not allow pets in our properties unless stated otherwise.
These include but not limited to:
No Smoking
No Parties or events
No Pets
No Drugs/weapons
Quiet times between 10pm and 8am
Our prices are at least 10% cheaper compared to Airbnb and other booking platforms.
